Job Description

• Shift Type: 8-10 hours
• Regular Hours: Required
• In House Call: Preferred
• Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics
• OT: Not expected but offered
• Site Charting System: Epic
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 9
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes
• CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes
• Credentialing: 90 days
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days
• Competitive rate for weeknight call + premium if called in; weekend call equals 6 regular hours per day + premium when called in
