Urgent Care Locums Provider

Client in South Texas is looking for Urgent Care Locums Providers.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday - Saturday 8 am - 6 pm, Sunday 8 am - 5 pm.
• PRN hours available.
• Preferred local candidates.
• Clinics are busy and fast-paced.
• Physicians need to have 3-6 years of Family Practice, Emergency Room, or Urgent Care experience and must be comfortable with children under 3 months old.
• Must be board certified in Family Medicine, Med/Peds, or Emergency Medicine; requirements for CareNow credentialing.
• Typical Urgent Care setting. Must be able to close lacerations, perform incision and drainage, read X-rays and EKGs. Worker's Compensation experience is a plus as well as DOT certification.
• Credentialing takes 45-90 days.
• $1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
