This role is available as full-time or part-time, with afternoon and evening options to fit your availability.

Job Description

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise ABA Therapists and RBTs
• Train and collaborate with caregivers
• Track client progress and adjust goals
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing communication

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional, communicative, and compassionate demeanor
• Experience in ABA
