Job Description

• Manage daily operations of respite facilities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
• Coordinate with community health organizations and stakeholders to enhance access and outcomes
• Monitor patient care services and implement improvements when necessary
• Oversee budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize facility operations
• Ensure delivery of compassionate, culturally competent care to all patients
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote health awareness
• Collect, analyze, and report on facility performance and patient outcomes

Requirements

• California Nurse Practitioner license with MSN
• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including 2 years in management
• Background in community or public health and experience serving underserved populations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with healthcare management systems and software
