Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide consultations and follow-up care in a supportive outpatient setting
• Prescribe medications and manage patient treatment plans within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in the health record
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including maintaining a current DEA license

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and licensure in Missouri
• DEA certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role
