Job Description

• Provide primary care services, including wellness visits and sick visits, to a caseload of 8-10 patients per day.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
• Conduct routine physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Stay updated with current medical practices and protocols to provide high-quality care.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in any U.S. state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven experience in primary care settings.
• Proficient in EMR charting and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to pass a background and credit check.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and wellness promotion.
