**Gastroenterology Physician**

Locums opportunity available in Lexington, Kentucky! This position is for an inpatient/hospital setting with a start date as soon as possible, pending credentialing until a replacement is found.

**Job Description**

- Work 14 days per month (7 on/7 off)
- Perform bread and butter inpatient GI procedures, including ED call, consultations, and ERCP
- Utilize Epic EMR
- Manage 10-20 patients per day
- Coverage needed due to recruiting for a full-time GI position
- Collaborate with 3 inpatient APPs dedicated to GI who assist in endoscopy and on the floors/ED

**Requirements**

- Board certified or eligible
- Kentucky medical license
- ERCP experience (highly preferred)
- ACLS and DEA certifications
- 100% clean malpractice/license/background
