Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant

Schedule

• 4 10s - preferred M, T, Th, F
• Starting in June
• 4 months contract initially
• No weekends
• No call coverage

Job Description

• Number of Staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs
• Locum will be working on one site only
• No residents at the practice currently
• Patient Census per provider: 8-12 patients
• Patient Demographics: Adults

Requirements

• Board Certified Physician Assistant
• Active ME License
• Must have experience using EMR & EPIC
• Must have Hematology/Oncology experience
• NPDB pulled within the last month or within 90 days
• Must answer the following questions:
  • Has the provider ever had employment, or assignment through Locums or other practice arrangements, placed under investigation, on probation, on suspensions, terminated, or has the Provider ever resigned employment or assignment while under or to avoid any of these actions?
  • Has the provider ever had medical staff appointments or privileges investigated, limited, placed on probation, suspended, revoked, or has the Provider otherwise not renewed medical staff membership or resigned from medical staff membership including during or to avoid any of these actions?
  • Has the Provider ever been the subject of a professionalism complaint, including but not limited to a complaint based on bullying, harassment or discrimination, or retaliation?
