Job Description

• Hours: M-F 8a-5p for dates listed below
• Dates: 2/12, 2/13, 2/16-2/20, 2/23-3/1
• Sporadic ongoing coverage
• Call is 5p-8a, unrestricted call if able

Requirements

• Required Treatment Disorders: Anxiety Disorder, Affective Disorders, ADD/ADHD, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Developmental Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Organic Disorders
• Familiarity with: Involuntary Commitments, Seclusion therapy, Pharmacotherapy, Group Therapy & Restraint Application
• Board Certified (Psychiatry) - REQUIRED
• Active MI License - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• Must be available to cover the dates listed - REQUIRED - no exceptions, note at time of name clear

• Number of Psychiatrists in the Group: 5
• Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6
• Number of Psychologists: 0
• Locum Tenens Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP
• Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
• Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7
• No pediatric patients
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months but need ASAP
