Job Description

• Specialty: Family Practice
• Location: NY 11001
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, no call
• Duration: Permanent, full-time position
• Shift Time: Mon-Fri, TBD
• Pay: $150,000 - $165,000/Yr
• Job Incentives: Medical and dental coverage, 403b retirement account with 4% after one year, CME time and stipend
• Additional Details: NP or PA to cover Family Outpatient Clinic in Long Island City, NY with floating to satellite clinic/shelters in Brooklyn and Bronx at least 2 days a week. Will see all pediatric, adolescent, and adults with approximately 18 patients per day. Board certification and BLS are required. 2-3 years of experience required. Spanish or a second language is preferred.
