Job Description

• Pay: $131,040 - $170,352 per year
• Job Incentives: Full benefits, up to four weeks of vacation, 403B with 4% match, one week paid CME time, $1,500 CME allowance, loan repayment options (NHSC, SLRP, or PSLF programs), licensure and membership fees paid, relocation assistance up to $10,000

• Schedule: Monday to Friday with options for 4x10s or 5x8s

• Patient load: Approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute slots)
• Call schedule: 2-3 times per year, one week at a time (over the phone only)
