Job Description

• We are seeking highly qualified and motivated Oral Surgeons to join our dynamic team in the Fargo office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
• Perform a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including dental extractions, implants, corrective jaw surgery, and trauma.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with various oral and facial conditions.
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Keep abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
• State licensure to practice dentistry and oral surgery in North Dakota.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and a dedication to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
