• Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• This assignment involves general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics down to 6 months of age, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks, with no CRNA supervision. The provider must be able to perform all required cases from day one, including healthy pediatrics (6 months+), major vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair, cardiac cath lab cases, OB, trauma, and regional anesthesia/peripheral nerve blocks, with attestation required. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with no night or weekend call. Providers must be available for at least 10 of the 15 weeks offered in 2026 to be considered for credentialing and are also required to attend an in-person orientation within two weeks before the start date. Candidates must hold an active IN state license or IMLC, be board certified or board eligible, and have at least 2 years of experience. BLS and ACLS (AHA-issued) certifications are required, along with flu and COVID vaccination or valid exemptions.
