An opportunity is available for a board-certified Anesthesiologist to provide coverage in a hospital setting in Pennsylvania. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, or until the last case is finished, with no call required for specific dates in November. The position involves floating between multiple sites, supervising CRNAs, and managing a variable daily case volume.

Job Description

• Provide coverage in a hospital setting on specified dates in November
• Float between multiple sites and supervise CRNAs
• Manage a variable daily case volume, with higher volumes at larger hospitals and lower volumes at smaller facilities
• Perform primarily bread-and-butter general anesthesia cases, including ENT, GYN, plastics, endoscopy, urology, orthopedics, vascular, neuro, thoracic, trauma, and limited OB cases
• Hold a state license, DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Orientation hours are billable, and a full monthly schedule is provided in advance

Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• An active Pennsylvania state license or IMLC membership is required
• At least two years of experience
