• The facility, which is stroke-certified and PEDs level 1, is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 8 patients per shift and 156 deliveries per year. Seeking additional locum providers to cover approximately 20 shifts per month, shared among current locums, with all shifts being 24-hour call from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m. and no clinic work required. Coverage will begin once credentialing is complete. Support includes a second backup call for complicated cases such as GYN surgery, 24-hour anesthesia availability (not in-house), GYN oncology consultation two weeks per month, and urogynecology availability 24/7. Providers covering consistently may have access to apartments as an alternative to hotel accommodations, and no VBACs will be performed.
