Details for this opportunity include a position seeking an OB/GYN to provide 24-hour in-house hospital coverage, with 6 to 8 shifts per month, each lasting 24 hours. Responsibilities include managing patients on the labor and delivery floor, performing vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and circumcisions, handling emergency gynecologic cases, conducting inpatient consultations, and overseeing all OB triages. The provider will manage an average of triages per day in addition to deliveries. Telehealth is not required, and coverage is hospital-based with lab and pharmacy support available.
