Oncology - Radiation Physician

Radiation Oncologist

We are seeking a full-time board-certified physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens assignment in Radiation Oncology. This position is located in New York and offers a supportive environment with no call responsibilities.

Job Description

• Cover a vacancy with shifts running Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in a single clinic location
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 8 to 10 per day, with up to 20 on treatment days
• Work in a Level III trauma center with no surgeries or procedures required
• Supported by one RN, two MAs, and one physicist

Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology
• An active New York state license is required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC and ARIA EMR systems
