• License: An active Kentucky state license or IMLC membership is required
• EMR: MediTech
• Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 4, is looking for a provider to cover beeper call only. There are an average of 5 patients per shift. The provider is scheduled to begin orientation on October 21st at 7 a.m. and will complete the assignment, departing on October 26th at 7 a.m.
