Join our team as a Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery provider in Washington. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a stroke-certified and trauma level 2 facility, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.

Job Description

• Provide on-site clinical hours and beeper call as needed
• Cover an average of 8 patients per shift
• Work a combination of hospital (first assisting) and clinic hours, with call 7-8 days per month
• Perform call duties including 24-hour weekend coverage, night call during the week after clinical hours, inpatient rounding, and first assist callbacks
• Clinic coverage will be 2-4 days per month, while surgical first assist responsibilities will be scheduled days per month
• Overtime is available after 40 clinical hours per week

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• An active Washington state license or IMLC membership is required
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Experience in cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery preferred
