Job Description

• Otolaryngology MD or DO Outpatient and Inpatient
• Thyroid & Parathyroid surgery experience
• Strong general otolaryngology surgery experience
• Head & neck surgery experience
• Cochlear & Inspire experience
• Board Certification required
• Must possess/ability to obtain a Florida Medical License
• ER call coverage is 1 in every 7 weeks
• Office location: 601 7th Street South, Suite 575, St. Petersburg, FL 33701
• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Ages treated: Pediatric through geriatric

Work Experience

• Work-life balanced schedule.
• Patient panel: Ability to see patients of all ages, pediatric through geriatric.
• Patient census: Expect to see 20-25 patients per day utilizing the efficiency of EPIC, an electronic health record system.
• Clinic support team includes one dedicated medical assistant (MA) per provider, front office staff, supervisor, and a director.
• Collegiality: Work in a team-oriented environment with like-minded physicians in an office housing primary care providers and specialists throughout our network.
• Inpatient support: Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health works with a team of Hospital Medicine physicians to support inpatient needs.
