    Orlando Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Neurosurgeon with expertise in spine surgery to join our growing neurosurgery team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to practice at two leading facilities in the greater Orlando area, serving the communities of Clermont and Ocoee with state-of-the-art neurosurgical care.

    Job Description

    • Subspecialty focus on spine surgery (candidates with dual spine and cranial capabilities are highly desirable but not required)
    • Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

    • Advanced operating rooms equipped with modern neurosurgical technology including navigation systems, intraoperative imaging, and neurophysiological monitoring
    • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including orthopedic spine surgeons, pain management specialists, and rehabilitation services

    Requirements

    • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
    • Completion of accredited neurosurgery residency
    • Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Neurological Surgery
    • Active or eligible for Florida medical license
    • DEA license

    Preferred Skills & Experience

    • Advanced training in complex spine surgery (degenerative, deformity, trauma, tumor)
    • Experience with minimally invasive spine techniques
    • Proficiency in both cervical and lumbar spine procedures
    • Cranial neurosurgery capabilities (significant advantage but not mandatory)
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
