Job Description

• Multiple outpatient primary care physician opportunities
• Join a well-known and growing practice with an established patient panel
• Minimal call; OSF After-Hours Call Center will take first call; no inpatient responsibilities required; group call rotation
• Flexible scheduling (4-5 day work week)
• Utilization of AI technology for note writing
• Embedded care coordinators to help at-risk patients

• Full-time clinical base salary pay range for this position: $285,000-$305,000:
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
