Emergency Medicine Physician

OVP Health is actively seeking a qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to float throughout the Holzer Health System. The system consists of 3 emergency departments in southeastern Ohio: Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis (12 beds, 20k annual volume), Holzer Medical Center in Jackson (11 beds, 20k annual volume), and Holzer Meigs Emergency Department in Pomeroy (8 beds, 11k annual volume). EM or Family trained candidates with EM experience are welcome to apply. All 3 locations are approximately 30-40 minutes apart.

Job Description

• Independent contracts (1099) or full-time employment (W2) with benefits available
• 10 shifts per month for benefits, with additional shifts available
• Physician-led organization with 24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
• 14 hours of APP coverage (10 AM - 12 AM) at Jackson and 12 hours of APP coverage (12 PM - 12 AM) at Meigs
• Paragon EMR
• Competitive rates that will include a nocturnist rate for all shifts worked
