Primary Care Physician

Join our team in Eugene, OR, for a one-year contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position. This opportunity arises as we re-open our clinic.

Job Description

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with 6-hour workdays based on provider availability
• Patient volume: 4-8 patients per day, with 30-minute appointments for now
• Scope: Outpatient primary care with a focus on behavioral health, including ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and anxiety/depression
• EMR: NextGen
• Facility: Walk-in clinic with no appointments required
• Group/support: 12 exam rooms with a primary care team consisting of 1 provider, 1 medical assistant, 1 scribe, and nursing staff trained in walk-in triage and de-escalation

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Licensed in Oregon
• COVID vaccine and boosters as per Oregon bylaws
