Job Description

• Physician-led health system with a 767-bed tertiary center
• Ranked hospital in Louisiana with nationally recognized cardiology, oncology, neuroscience, and transplant programs
• Full spectrum of cardiac surgery, including ECMO, LVAD, IABP, cardiothoracic, transplant, and vascular surgery
• Strong multidisciplinary team approach with intensivists collaborating with surgeons
• Daily census 10-15 with plans to expand in 2026
• Growth of APPs in the CICU to support patient care
• Flexible block schedule tailored to clinical interests
• Only one weekend per month required
• 48 days PTO annually for excellent work-life balance
• Robust GME programs in cardiac anesthesia, critical care, and neurocritical care
