Family Medicine Physician

Join our team in Salem, Oregon, as a Family Medicine Physician. This position is available as soon as credentialed for a duration of 6+ months, with the option to extend.

Job Description

• Provide care for a patient panel due to the loss of a provider
• Work in a clinic open for provider schedules from 8:30 AM to 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from 8:30 AM to 2 PM on Saturday
• Flexible scheduling within the provided time frames
• Manage a patient volume of around 17 for a full day
• Scope of practice is 100% Family Medicine
• Utilize Next Gen EMR for patient documentation
• Refer patients to Salem Health, Silverton (Legacy), or Stayton (Santiam) hospitals based on patient residence
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, medical assistants, and other licensed medical providers on site

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Oregon as an MD or DO with DEA designation
