Pediatrician

Job Description

• Guaranteed salary in perpetuity
• Student loan repayment through HRSA
• No nights or weekends required
• 403b retirement options with matching 50% of the first 6%
• 30 paid days off, including 16 days of PTO, 10 holidays, and 4 days for CME
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee medical costs covered
• $2,500 allowance for CME
• Two bonuses paid annually
• Manage 18+ patients per day
• Work alongside an RN supervisor and dedicated LPN
