This is an employed opportunity with a very large, non-profit healthcare system that includes a $300k salary plus a $150k sign-on bonus, totaling $450k in first-year income. Stipend payment for residents is also available, along with full benefits and teaching & research opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Currently have 3 adult and 1 child psychiatrist
    • The inpatient unit has 23 beds (17 adult & 6 child/adolescent)
    • Robust support staff including 4 nurse practitioners, 6 psychologists, 4 social workers, and 13 nurses
    • 5:1 staff to patient ratio during the day and 7:1 at night
    • Current wait time for new patients is 2-3 weeks for adults and 2-3 months for children
