We have an immediate need for inpatient psychiatry locum tenens coverage at our Detroit, Michigan facility. This hospital has been serving the community for more than 40 years and provides comprehensive inpatient psychiatric treatment for children, teens, and adults with mental health disorders in a warm, professional environment.

Job Description

• 100% inpatient psychiatry
• 1/4 call
• 100-bed psychiatric hospital in the Detroit area
• Ideally looking for a full-time provider as soon as possible and ongoing
• Our board-certified psychiatrists and therapeutic staff are experienced in diagnosing and treating all types of mental health diseases, including anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychosis, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts, and psychiatric illness combined with substance use
• Treatment is designed to fit the unique needs of each patient and may include individual counseling, DBT, group therapy, family counseling, intensive care management, or medication management
• Schedule: M-F 8 AM - 5/5:30 PM

Requirements

• Must have an active Michigan medical license
