Locum Card EP

Join our team as a Locum Card EP in Georgia, providing care 2-4 weeks per month. This position is located 1.5 hours from Atlanta, GA, and offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (no call)
• Scope: Electrophysiology, 100% inpatient only
• Volume: 4-5 procedures daily in each lab, 5-6 consults daily, 10-12 on the rounding service
• Procedures: Device implants including ICD, CRT, and Micra devices, complex cardiac catheter ablations, atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital: 613 beds, Level I Trauma
• Group: Inpatient APPs, Cardiology Fellows, Anesthesia support; local provider will be admitting patients
• Credentialing: 45-60 days

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active GA License
