Job Description

• Full-time, employed role with four 10-hour workdays (8 clinical hours, 2 administrative hours daily)
• General dermatology focus; Mohs training preferred but not required
• Medical directorship available for interested and qualified candidates
• No inpatient duties and no call responsibilities at this time
• State-of-the-art clinic offering blue light therapy, UVB treatments, and in-office procedures
• Strong clinical support: 1:1 MA-to-Physician staffing, RN triage, and dedicated histo-tech team
• Quality-focused practice with established patient-care metrics

Compensation & Benefits

• Non-Mohs Dermatology:

  • Guaranteed base salary: $450,000 annually
  • Production incentives:
    • Tier 1: >7,600 wRVUs/year ($50 per additional wRVU)
    • Tier 2: >9,800 wRVUs/year ($75 per additional wRVU)
  • Quality incentives: up to $13,500 annually
  • CME allowance: $5,000
  • Sign-on bonus available

• Mohs Dermatology:

  • Guaranteed base salary: $750,000 annually
  • Production incentives:
    • Tier 1: >11,800 wRVUs/year ($75 per additional wRVU)
  • Quality incentives: up to $15,500 annually
  • CME allowance: $5,000
  • Sign-on bonus available
