Job Description
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine with integrated Sports Medicine
- Flexible mix: Start at 50/50 FM/Sports and grow Sports focus to 70%+
- Be the Team Doctor for local high schools—high visibility and impact
- No call, no inpatient duties—enjoy excellent work-life balance
- $350,000+ two-year guaranteed base salary
- Potential to earn $400,000+ in year one with growth opportunity
- Production-based compensation after guarantee (RVU model)
