Join our team in Sacramento, CA, at an academic-affiliated comprehensive cancer center recognized by the National Cancer Institute as one of the top cancer centers in the country. This position offers leading-edge cancer care in Northern California.

Job Description

• Start in August for 3-6 months, with the potential option to extend or convert to permanent
• Full-time schedule (open to 3-5 day work week, may consider 2-3 weeks per month)
• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Manage a patient volume of 14-16 patients per day; 30 minutes for follow-up visits, 60 minutes for new patients and procedures
• Scope of work: 25% Hematology / 75% Oncology
• Clinic setting only
• Utilize Epic EMR
• Work alongside 2 other full-time hematology/oncology MDs and support staff

Requirements

• Board certified in Oncology
• California medical license (if board eligible, must be recently trained)
