Job Description

• Full-time hospitalist position to replace a departing team member in a high-functioning, top-performing rural hospital
• 14 shifts/month - 12-hour days or nights
• Engaged, hands-on care: Manage a mix of medical-surgical and ICU patients, including co-management of surgical ICU cases
• Supported by APPs during the day - four 10-hour shifts weekly
• Minimal procedures: Central lines and intubations are handled by other teams; focus on high-level medical management
• Internal medicine and family medicine hospitalists considered
• Independent practice expected - often the only physician in the building during night shifts
• Candidate must have inpatient experience - new grads not considered for this role
• Close collaboration with specialists and surgeons for ICU and complex cases
• Live and work in Jackson Hole - access to unmatched natural beauty and recreation
