Job Description

• 100% Outpatient No Nights, No Weekends, No Call
• Potential for 1-2 days of Telehealth per week
• Average 15 patients per day
• Majority of patients are medication management
• Common cases include: Depression, Anxiety, Social Disorders, Alzheimer's, PTSD, ADHD
• 4-day work week with 4 hours administrative time
• Option for a 4-day work week
• Full Support Staff including LCSW, LADC, LMFT
• EMR is eClinical Works

• $310K Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
• 6 weeks TOTAL PTO; $3,000 CME allowance
