    Job Description

    • Earn $210K-$257K+ annually (W-2)
    • Work just 3 or 4 days per week with full-time hours and extended shifts available
    • No call, no nights, no mandatory weekends
    • OT & weekend premiums available if desired

    Practice Environment

    • Large, academic-based facility with over 30 ORs and additional off-site procedure areas
    • Diverse mix of surgical cases including general, ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, OB, GI, IR, and more
    • Subspecialty teams in OB, pediatrics, regionals, and outpatient centers; choose your areas of focus after 6 months
    • No required regional blocks unless you choose to join that team
    • Support from anesthesia techs, residents, SRNAs, and MDs; strong team presence without micromanagement
