    A nationally ranked academic health system in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join a highly collaborative and advanced anesthesia care team.     Job Description

    • Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), 40 hours/week
    • Environment: Large academic medical center with trauma designation
    • Model: Supervised care (4:1 ratio) with anesthesiologists performing blocks
    • Start Date: Flexible, based on credentialing
    • EMR: Epic
    • Join a team performing a broad mix of high-acuity procedures, including:
      • Neurosurgery: Craniotomies, aneurysm interventions, deep brain stimulation, pituitary resections, AVMs
      • Other Core Specialties: Orthopedic Surgery, Spine, Urology, General Surgery

    CRNAs are expected to provide independent management of induction, maintenance, emergence, and ventilation within a structured, team-based system that values autonomy and clinical excellence.

    Requirements

    • Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
    • Master's degree (if certified post-2008)
    • RN and CRNA licenses (or eligibility)
    • BLS and ACLS certifications
    • Inpatient OR experience required
