Supervisor, Imaging Breast Center

We are seeking a dynamic Imaging Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations at our state-of-the-art Breast Center. This role supervises diagnostic imaging services, which may include radiography, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, CT, nuclear medicine, and/or MRI. You'll ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery while supporting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient-centered care.

Job Description

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-value, quality imaging services for optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations, liaising with other patient care departments for seamless service integration.
• Establish work priorities and assist staff in resolving operational issues.
• Enforce compliance with department, affiliate, and regulatory standards (TJC, laws, policies, procedures).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices using Lean or other improvement methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and drive positive results.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of relevant imaging experience.
• BLS Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
• One or more of the following credentials:
  • ARRT Radiography
  • CRT Certified Radiologic Technologist
  • NMT Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
  • ARDMS American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • CT Computed Tomography Certification
  • RHM Radiology Mammography
  • ARMRIT Certified MRI Technologist
  • RCS Registered Cardiac Sonographer
