Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time independent practice opportunity in the Greater Oklahoma City region. This is a high-autonomy assignment in a collaborative, CRNA-only group serving a modern, full-service hospital. Job Description
- Start date: As soon as credentialed + ongoing term
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days (temps available)
- Rate: $200-$250+/hour based on availability, experience, and commitment level (we represent your best interests & pay the max!)
Clinical Environment

Independent CRNA practice with no anesthesiologist supervision

Team: All-CRNA model; supportive group culture and engaged hospital administration

Cases include:
- General Surgery
- OB (approx. 50-60 deliveries/month)
- Orthopedics
- GYN
- ENT (including healthy peds)
- Endoscopy
- Eyes
- Podiatry

Schedule highlights:
- Full-time needed
- Flexible weekday scheduling
- Optional home call: 1st call every 6th night
- Post-call day off typically provided
- Most cases wrapped by mid-afternoon (add-ons after 3 PM)
Compensation & Contract Details
- Rate: $200-$250+/hour depending on commitment, competition, & availability (we represent your best interests & pay the max!)
- Contract type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Bonus opportunities: Additional compensation available for post-call availability

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable with independent anesthesia practice, including OB and regional
- Minimum 1 year of post-training experience preferred
- ACLS, BLS required
