Job Description

• Position type is permanent full-time with no weekends or call
• Patient population 18 to 100 plus
• Active Virginia license preferred but not mandatory
• The group is looking for a candidate with experience but will take new residency grads as well
• Schedule is Monday through Friday with flexibility for a four-day work week
• Must be able to work with autonomy at times but there will be NP/PAs on staff
• Patient volume is 14-18

• This is a FQHC site
• Annual QPI bonus eligible
