Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician for a hospital-based locum assignment in Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected women's health team and provide quality care in a busy, teaching-oriented environment.

Job Description

• Location: Northern New Jersey
• Setting: Inpatient Labor & Delivery / OB/NICU Department
• Start Date: January 1, 2026
• End Date: September 1, 2026
• Schedule: Two 12-hour night shifts per week (Monday & Thursday, 7 PM - 7 AM)
• Hours: 24 hours per week
• No call responsibilities
• Average Volume: 35 deliveries per shift, 1 Cesarean per shift
• Procedures: Vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, D&C, Laparoscopy, Laparotomy
• Team Support: 3 residents and 1 midwife
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active New Jersey Medical License (required)
• Recent hospital-based labor & delivery experience
• Proficiency in obstetric and gynecologic surgical procedures
• Comfortable working in a teaching hospital environment
