Outpatient Physiatrist / Spasticity Specialist - Botox Expertise

An established Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Center in Vermont is seeking a physician with expertise in spasticity management using Botox. This is a flexible, outpatient opportunity within a collaborative program serving patients across the region.

Job Description

• Outpatient only; no inpatient or call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling: 2 full clinic days per week, 3 weeks per month (8 AM - 5 PM)
• Specialty flexibility: Physiatry, Neurology, or Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology background) all considered
• Strong support from RN & MA clinic team, Epic EMR
• Collaborative environment; join a well-established rehabilitation program

Requirements

• Board certified in relevant specialty
• Active BLS certification
• Prior Botox/spasticity management experience required
• Independent practice capability (no supervision required)
