Palm Health Resources, a premier healthcare staffing firm, is currently seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist for a locum to permanent position 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, GA. This opportunity involves treating patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric, in a behavioral health treatment center setting.

Job Description

• Position type is temp to permanent full-time position with no weekends
• Patient population includes adolescents to geriatrics
• Duties: medication management, patient education, perform detoxification protocols and medical assisted therapy
• Active Georgia license preferred but not mandatory
• Experience is preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Group prefers a candidate with prior addiction medicine experience
• Shifts are Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM with minimal call
• 50 plus bed facility
