Cardiac Surgeon

We are hiring an experienced Board Certified Cardiac Surgeon to be an instrumental part of our hospital cardiac surgery program! Located in Upstate New York, the program is budgeted for 4 cardiac surgeons. We will consider a J1 Visa Waiver Candidate. This is the only surgery program in the area and we performed about 400 cardiac surgery cases last year. We have 3 new mid-levels with about 2 years of experience and are looking to keep growing the program.

The focus is all cardiac except for LVADs (which we would like to eventually do since we do follow post-LVAD patients already). We also perform thoracic surgeries and have a robot that one of our surgeons uses for thoracic procedures. There is no vascular surgery as we have a few vascular surgeons here that handle that work themselves.
