Job Description

• Located in Marshfield, WI
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: Ongoing
• Board eligible/certified
• This opening allows candidates with IMLC license
• Full continuum of care cardiothoracic role mostly OR time, with ICU and some clinic time too
• Inpatient/outpatient responsibilities
• Provider requires hospital/surgery center privileges: Yes
• Temporary privileges available: Yes
• Hospital stroke certified: Yes
• BLS certification required
• Trauma level of this facility: 2

Call Information

• Beeper call
• Ratio: 1:2
• Call response time: 15 minutes

Other Information

• Combination of office and call coverage
• Need the equivalent of two full-time APCs
• Need will be ongoing until we hire permanent APCs
• Prefer locums who can work full-time or at minimum two weeks per month ongoing
