We are hiring an experienced vascular surgery physician assistant in beautiful Charlotte, NC! Vascular surgery experience is required for this opportunity and provides wonderful work/life balance (4:10s schedule) with a very reasonable call schedule.

This is a full continuum of care position with 80% primary responsibilities in the operating room, inpatient care, and only 20% estimated outpatient client. You can really see your patient from start to finish for the best patient care experience!

We are a 100% vascular practice with an extremely busy vascular program recruiting to support the current vascular surgeon. The candidate will work 4 ten-hour shifts (rotating) and 1 weekend per month. Practice call is only 6-7 nights per month, with an average of 15 patients per day and an average of 6-8 surgeries per week in an autonomous and collegial environment.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive vascular care with a focus on both surgical and inpatient responsibilities
• Work in a busy vascular program supporting the current vascular surgeon
• Manage a patient load of approximately 15 patients per day
• Perform an average of 6-8 surgeries per week
