Physician Assistant

The Grossman Burn Center, part of Methodist Health System in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its Plastic, Burn & Wound Surgery team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Dr. Peter H. Grossman, President of the Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons and a nationally recognized leader in reconstructive and burn surgery.

Job Description

• Mix of inpatient, outpatient, and operative responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgery
• Mentorship and collaboration with Dr. Peter Grossman and a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Serve as first assist in plastic, reconstructive, and burn surgery cases
• Manage pre- and post-operative care for inpatient and outpatient populations
• Perform bedside procedures (central/arterial lines, wound management)
• Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Master's degree and current PA licensure
• Texas license (or eligibility)
• ACLS, ABLS, and PALS required
• Experience in surgical, ICU, or burn settings strongly preferred
• Strong interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery
