Job Description
- Join a well-established team with a brand-new NICU opening in 2028
- 3-physician team in a 13-bed Level 3B NICU
- Home call for neonatologists; 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
- New 14-bed NICU opening in 2028, featuring single-patient rooms and couplet care rooms to support family-centered care
- Average daily census: 11
- 2,500 deliveries and 325 NICU admissions annually
- No newborn coverage
- Strong collaborative relationship with the University of Virginia
- Path to future leadership as Medical Director
- J-1 visa sponsorship available
