Join our dynamic team as a Neonatologist in a thriving 55-bed Level III NICU at Huntsville Hospital, a designated Regional Referral Center for the state of Alabama. This is your opportunity to work in a high-acuity, high-volume setting with a collaborative team of Neonatologists and NNPs, all committed to delivering exceptional care and outcomes.
Job Description
- Join a group of 6 Neonatologists and 8 in-house NNPs who manage care together, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.
- Enjoy a flexible call structure that supports work-life balance.
- Be part of a collegial, neonatologist-led team that values collaboration, flexibility, and mutual support.
- Work together to care for all patients, with an openness to revisiting the schedule once the 6th Neonatologist is on board.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neonatology
