    Neonatologist Medical Director

    Job Description

    • Lead our practice at Tanner Medical Center, an established hospital in Carrollton, Georgia.
    • Oversee the practice and work closely with hospital administration and our regional management team.
    • Provide growth and mentorship to other physicians; take on leadership roles within the hospital and community.
    • Provide coverage for our growing 10-bed Level-III NICU with 1,000 annual births.
    • Manage a 20-bed newborn unit with daily NNP assistance.
    • Collaborate with a dedicated physician team in a full-time position with a 3 physician staffing model.
    • Enjoy a flexible schedule with rounding and call from home, along with full-time NNP day coverage.
    • Receive competitive compensation with annual bonus potential and a competitive base salary.
